Job Title: SYSTEMS/WEB DEVELOPER

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Bachelor's degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience.

    - At least 3 years familiarity and proficiency in System development using modern web technologies with SQL database back-end with involvement on key-project systems.

    - Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.

    - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

    - Proficient in My SQL.

    - Dedicated team player.

    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    - Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - In charge of SIAEP portal management and future IT in-house web app projects which includes code bug fixes, maintenance, configuration, administration, debugging and additional feature implementation.

    - In charge of database development, maintenance, configuration and administration to which the portal and future IT in-house web app projects run along with.

    - Handles development of future system projects as required by the company.

    - In charge of quality and security testing of IT in-house developed systems. Adept on cyber-security implementation, hardening and addressing of CVEs.

    - Coordinate with system admins on the hardware requirement of the systems being developed.

    - Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements and building from the gathered information.

Job Title: MANILA LM A&P INSPECTOR

    • With 6 years hands-on experience in line maintenance and certification of the A350/A320 CEO/A320NEO/B787/B777/B737NG aircraft

    Must have A350/A320 CEO/A320NEO/B787/B777/B737NG aircraft type ratings and trainings, and a valid CAAP License.

    The Inspector is responsible to the Unit Chief for organizing, planning, and control of work for the staff assigned to him.

    Certifying and monitoring work carried out to ensure that all work undertaken are in compliance with airworthiness requirements.

    Ensuring that test equipment, tools, technical manuals and spares used are in compliance with airworthiness requirements.

    The supervision and control of staff assigned to him with regards to discipline, conduct, appearance and performance.

    Notifying the Unit Chief of any accident/incident and submit the necessary reports in accordance with Flight/Ground Safety Manual.

    The general administration of staff to him with regards to punctuality and timely booking of job task cards.

Job Title: BASE MAINTENANCE A&P INSPECTOR

    With 6 years hands-on experience in heavy maintenance and certification of the A330/A320 CEO/A320NEO/ERJ 170-190/B777/B737NG aircraft.

    Must have A330/A320 CEO/A320NEO/ERJ 170-190/B777/B737NG aircraft type ratings and trainings, and a valid CAAP License.

    The Inspector is responsible to the Unit Chief for organizing, planning, and control of work for the staff assigned to him.

Job Title: AVIONICS INSPECTOR

    With 6 years hands-on experience in heavy maintenance and certification of the A330/A320 CEO/A320NEO/ERJ 170-190/B777/B737.

    Must have A330/A320 CEO/A320NEO/ERJ 170-190/B777/B737 aircraft type ratings and trainings, and a valid CAAP License.

    The Inspector is responsible to the Unit Chief for the organizing, planning, and control of work for the staff assigned to him.

    Certifying and monitoring work carried out to ensure that all work undertaken are in compliance with airworthiness requirements.

    Ensuring that test equipment, tools, technical manuals and spares used are in compliance with airworthiness requirements.

Job Title: A&P MECHANIC A

    With at least 5 years experience in heavy maintenance of the A330/A320 /ERJ 170-190/B777/B737 aircrafts.

    Must have A330/A320/ERJ 170-190/B777/B737NG aircraft type ratings and trainings, and a valid CAAP License.

    The mechanic A is responsible to the Deputy Unit Chief and Inspector for overseeing and leading the team of Mechanics within his direct control in the performance of aircraft maintenance activities to meet scheduled target as Deputy Unit Chief and Inspector

    The general supervision, conduct and discipline of Mechanics and Trainees within his direct control.

    The monitoring and maintaining of a high level of housekeeping within the work space and bring to the attention of the Unit Chief, Deputy Unit Chief and Inspectors on matters relate general safety, industrial practices and the condition of support and operational equipment and tooling.

    Assist the Deputy Unit Chief in the assessment of staff performance and administration of disputes.

    Implement new regulatory system or administrative matters, identifying and tagging of items removed from aircraft for safe keeping, and documenting non-routine tasks performed on Supplementary Job Cards (SJC).

Job Title: A&P MECHANIC B

    With at least 4 years experience in heavy maintenance of the A330/A320/ERJ 170-190/B737 & B777 aircraft.

    Must have A330/A320/ERJ 170-190/B737 and B777 aircraft type ratings and trainings, and a valid CAAP License.

    Carrying out maintenance work and associated activity as assigned by the Mechanic A, Inspectors and Deputy Unit Chief. Activities include identifying and tagging of items removed from aircraft for safekeeping, and documenting non routine tasks performed onto supplementary job cards.

    Maintaining a high level of housekeeping within the work area and bring to the attention on matters related to general safety, industrial practices and the condition of support and operational equipment and tooling.

    Annotation of specific task performed with his signatures and personal identification number.

    Mechanics with rating exercising their limited authorization approvals upon work completion.

Job Title: AIRCRAFT RELEASING OFFICER (FAA)

    Must be Rated on B767 & B757, and with FAA Airframe and Powerplant License Holder

    Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the aviation industry, two (2) years of which as Releasing Officer

    Well-versed in Internet Software, Microsoft Office and Management Information System for Aviation.

    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations, maintenance instruction and procedure. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before group of customers in a medium understandable to aviation.

    Ability to apply concepts of basic math and algebra such as amounts and figures calculation, proportions, percentage, area, circumference and volume.

    Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction, problems, collected data, established facts to be able to draw conclusive decision.

    Certifying and monitoring work carried out to ensure that all work undertaken are in compliance with the Company’s, customer’s and airworthiness requirements.

    Notify any accident/incident and submit the necessary reports in accordance with Flight/Ground Safety Manual and ensures good housekeeping practices and safety procedures are observed.

Job Title: PRODUCTION PLANNER

    Graduate of 4-year course related to Aviation or Industrial Engineering course.

    Experience or knowledge in Aviation/ MRO industry is an advantage, and with good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ensures that milestones of each check are met per schedule, meeting OTD. Monitors and tracks job cards movements and should meet the target schedule.

    Coordinates with all the stakeholders for check updates. Gets customer’s approval for over and above manhours.

    Encode details of work required through the system. Review completeness of job cards required certification.

    Reviews work package provided by the Customer (AOC or Lessor) for the completeness and correctness prior distribution to relevant working parties.

    Evaluates schedule maintenance tasks requirements such as supporting technical documents, materials preloads, tooling and produce a flow chart.

    Identifies the details of the work to be done including preparation, access materials, components and tool requirements, skills and trade and possible arising defects.

Job Title: Technical Services Engineer

    At least a graduate of 4-year course related to Aeronautical Engineering or Aviation course.

    Experience and knowledge with aircraft maintenance and engineering (structures and system) is an advantage.

    Provide technical assistance to Operations in evaluation of structural damage assessment and other defects, findings or non-conformities.

    Provided technical assistance to Operations during troubleshooting, assessment of completed tasks and communication to OEM if necessary.

    Assess and evaluate technical assistance requests from Operations, submit technical inquiry and proposals to OEM in accordance with current procedure in TS Manual to be able to provide timely response to Operation.

    Develop procedures, policies and workflow process to improve Technical Services Department existing process to be able to establish a more streamline work flow adaptive to current practices and civil aviation regulations.

    Ensure compliance or alternative methods of compliance of Technical Services support methods being rendered/provided in accordance with SIAEP civil aviation authority approval.

Job Title: QUALITY INSPECTOR - INVESTIGATION

    Demonstrated knowledge on Aviation Techniques, incident and accident investigation obtained from a recognize training institution.

    Must have a considerable practical experience in the field of aviation particularly in conducting incident and accident in relation to Part 145 operations.

    Must have understanding and knowledge on the process of investigation that is necessary in order for the investigation to conform with the legislation, regulations and other requirements.

    In charge on the investigation of incidents and accidents affecting airworthiness of aircraft that includes occurrence, technical incident and accident report received from customers.

    Must have understanding on the process of investigation that is necessary in conformance with various aviation regulations and requirements.

    Successful applicant will be responsible for the generation of investigation report matrixes/graphics, assuring that all data should be readily available when requested.

    Must have integrity and impartiality and to analyze facts in a logical manner. Willingness to work in stressful conditions wherein desire and interest is to improve and protect safety in the aviation, making safety recommendations as well.

    Ability to present findings in writing and by presentations and must be willing to perform duties as may be assigned by the Director, Quality and Safety from time to time.

Job Title: QUALITY INSPECTOR-REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

    With exposure on auditing, airworthiness regulations and related knowledge. With superior ability to enhance organization's compliance on standard procedures and aviation regulations.

    Well knowledgeable and understand various regulatory and airworthiness regulations.

    Responsible for the review of current aviation regulations updates, advisory circulars, memos and other bulletins.

    Review, interpret and monitor amendments of company expositions to ensure compliance with the current Civil Aviation Regulations.

    Performing Bi-Weekly reviews of EASA, FAA, CASA, ANAC Brazil issued Airworthiness Directives concerning the aircraft type model maintained by SIAEP.

    In-charge of updating and preparing approved company capability list.

    Maintaining a data base of Significant and Non-Significant changes in the organization.

    Assisting in the AMO Certification application. Assist on the evaluation and controls of the company issued authorization to the maintenance personnel whom are qualified to perform sign for aircraft maintenance task that ensuring that the authorization issued are based on company approvals.

Job Title: QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

    Must have a considerable knowledge in the field of aviation particularly on handling certifying Staff and Authorizations.

    Performs support to Quality Assurance and Standards in terms of handling and processing of Certifying Staff Authorization.

    Sort and Screen of Certifying Staff applications.

    Processing of authorization applications from review, assessment, interview up to the approval and issuance of authorization stamp.

    Maintain list of current approved Certifying Staff.

    Performing monthly review on the validity of authorizations in terms of license expiry, training requirement, recurrent courses and competency assessment.

    Establishes, maintains, processes, and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other related documents on all authorization holders.

    Generation of Certifying Staff List and Qualification Record per Regulatory and AOC requirement and performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Section Head and Head of Department.

Job Title: CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT FACILITATOR

    At least graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business administration, aviation management or equivalent related degree.

    Experience and background in the field of Continuous Improvement in MRO/ Airline or any industry is an advantage.

    Review and implement innovative technologies to improve business processes.

    Identify problems and constraints in the business and understand management solutions that will generate value for the customers.

    Develops and maintains awareness/understanding of the market, competitors, trends, and products.

    Drive process improvements and ensure that process or procedure changes are communicated.

    Responsible for determining high value solutions to operational problems.

    Engages with senior management regarding the strategic activities for revenue and profitability growth of the business and provide strategic recommendations to management based on market trend and best practices.

Job Title: MARKETING & SALES OFFICER

    Ability to communicate well with Customer and deliver excellent quality of Customer Support.

    Act as Facilitator during company profile presentation to Customers and Visitors.

    Commercial awareness and able to liaise directly with Customers and other stakeholders.

    Facilitate Inbound/Outbound Ferry Flight arrangements.

    Ensures Customers’ needs are well attended to in a timely manner during the scheduled maintenance event (From pre-arrival to post- maintenance)

    Familiar with contract and proposal to represent the company.

    To actively communicate with Customers during contract negotiation.

    Responsible in presenting the Proposal for approval with concerned departments and liaise with different departments as necessary to ensure efficient distribution.

Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

    Project Management certifications and post graduate degrees in business or management is an advantage.

    Part of projects in the last 3 years or with similar portfolios.

    Work with Senior management in setting project goals/timelines.

    Work with different departments in spearheading organizational projects.

    Organizes work break-down structures necessary to determine scope of works/activities related to projects.

    Creates proposals that show scope of work, risks and benefits.

    Actively monitor projects against key metrics: schedule, budget/cost, etc.

    Identifies risks and work on solutions to prioritize critical project issues.

Job Title: LOGISTICS OFFICER

    With knowledge in permitting and licensing requirements application and processing with various Government Regulatory Authorities.

    Performs all activities in ensuring the timely applications of applicable Philippine Regulatory permit/clearance to meet the Aircraft Check and operations requirements.

    Monitors the status update of the permit/clearance applications to meet the timely delivery (Delivery in Full On Time) of all incoming and outgoing shipments

    In-charge of ensuring all permit/clearance applications are properly monitored and documented

    Performs the ensuring of data reliability of all permit/clearance applications

    Performs the daily submission of permit/clearance monitoring, and, timely submission of arrival report Ensures the compliance of the Philippine Regulatory Agencies Implementing Rules and Regulations

    Ensures the timely submission of applicable report for the transactions that requires permit/clearance to the Regulatory Agency

    Ensure the proper filing of all related documents for the applied/approved permits/certifications/licenses

Job Title: PROCUREMENT OFFICER

    Must have a knowledge in foreign and local market procurement best practices, standard policies and procedures as well as knowledge in local government regulations

    Sources and invites new Providers in accord to standards of the Approved Providers List. requirements.

    Sources for a minimum of three (3) quotations from different Providers and furnishes a comparative to justify placement of order.

    Places order(s) from Providers in the right and best quantity at the most cost-effective that will meet on time delivery

    Performs the daily submission of permit/clearance monitoring, and, timely submission of arrival report Chases Providers for response on placed order status and shipment confirmation.

    Ensures the timely submission of applicable report for the transactions that requires permit/clearance to the Regulatory Agency

    Prepares and creates tender documents and a list of tenders to easily compare competitive quotations on services and other commodities.

    Archives documents of purchase, List of Tender, Provider list, contracts and other records

Job Title: WAREHOUSE OFFICER

    To assist the Warehouse department in parts picking and counter issuance.

    To perform system goods issuance and assist operations team for some parts verification.

    To perform goods acceptance of all parts transfer from warehouse and company site (vice versa)

    To ensure proper certification is attached on each individual item.

    To perform random inventory check.

    To perform credit back process for returning items into warehouse.

    Performs other related duties as required by the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor.
